Please read our policies below before booking. Thank you.

Please note that if the credit card used for payment or security is in any other name other than the guest who made the reservation, we require the person whose name is on the card to send their photo ID and expressed authorisation that they agree to pay for any and all charges that are incurred. Please contact us for further details.

Please take note of our reception hours.

Mon – Fri: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Weekends & Public Holidays: 9:00am to 1.00pm (hours may vary)

If you plan to arrive outside of these times, please contact us to arrange an after-hours check-in prior to 13/12/2020.

CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY

GENERAL

Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date free of charge. (Unless you booked a non-refundable apartment at the time of booking).
Payment for accommodation will be charged on the 14th day prior to Arrival.
If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. (100%).
For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. 

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual ‘Schoolies Week’ period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Guest that are here for schoolies will be refused entry, and they will forefeit all monies paid.

 

PEAK PERIODS

* 25th December to 10th January every year

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Payment for accommodation will be charged on the 30th day prior to arrival.
If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. (100%)
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance.
Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.
